Personalised Candle Order Form

I will be taking a break and won't be accepting orders for candles needed between 8th - 28th November inclusive. If you need a candle outside of these dates, feel free to order below.

Please personalise your candle by filling out the order form below. Once your order is received, you will be contacted to confirm your candle details and total cost of your order. Please note that all amounts are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

Your Taper candles will match the design chosen for your baby candle in terms of font style and colours.

Names to go on each Taper candle:
Please specify whether a Godmother, Godfather, Grandparents, etc.

Why use personalised Taper candles?
Most customers order personalised taper candles for baby's Godparents to have as a keepsake. Each taper would include baby's name, the date of Christening or Naming Day, and the Godparent's name. You can also order personalised taper candles for Grandparents, family and friends.

Urgent Orders
Do you need your candle URGENTLY (within 5 working days)?
IF URGENT, PRIORITY FEE OF $15 WILL APPLY.
For urgent orders to be picked up or posted within 5 working days, an additional fee of $15 will apply to your order. Your order will be treated as urgent and high priority and will be completed prior to other standard orders.
