Baby Candles:
All our personalised photo baby candles are $60 each. This includes baby's name, photo, date and venue on the front AND wording of your choice on the back. This is all included in the one price and does not incur any additional fee (except for delivery).
Personalised Taper Candles:
Personalised Taper candles are $7.50 each, and this includes baby's name, occasion date and godparents/sponsors/guardians/grandparents or parent's name.
Personalised Photo Wedding Candles:
A single personalised photo wedding candle is $85. This includes names, photo, date and venue on the front AND wording of your choice on the back. This is all included in the one price and does not incur any additional fee (except for delivery).
A personalised photo Wedding Unity Candle sets are $220 a set. This includes three pillar candles with names, photo, date and venue on the front AND wording of your choice on the back. This is all included in the one price and does not incur any additional fee (except for delivery).
How long will it take for my personalised photo candle to be delivered?
100% of all my candle orders have been received
in time for the occasion.
I endeavour to send
out your personalised candle in time for you to receive it by the date
of your occasion, whether it be for Standard or Priority orders.
However, I take no responsibility for any delays caused by
Australia Post.

What is the quality of the actual candles?
Our candles are Australian made from fully refined food grade parrafin wax. They have superior long burning quality, and boast a white, smooth shiny finish.
How do you package my personalised candle for delivery?
I take every care to make sure that you receive your personalised
candle in the exact condition as I sent it. Your personalised candle is wrapped in tissue paper, then bubble wrap, cushioned in newspaper and sent
in a securely taped durable Australia Post mailing box which is then marked "FRAGILE". However, I accept no responsibility for any poor handling
by Australia Post which may cause any damage to your personalised candle
while in transit.
How do I pay for my personalised candle?
After you have made your personalised candle order and we have sent you a confirmation email, payment needs to be made within 3 days after being advised the total amount payable. Payment methods include direct deposit, cheque or money order. When you place
your personalised candle order, further details about your chosen payment method
will be given to you. Please note that cheques require up to
5 working days to clear before items are posted. We reserve the right to change specifications
and prices without notice (except on orders which have already
been placed).

What kind of photo should I send to put on my personalised candle?
We would prefer to receive your photo via email however you can also post your photo via post to 'Always Gifts' at PO Box 71, Mortdale NSW 2223.
Please note that
there is a $5 scanning fee for photos that
need to be scanned.
Please read the following tips to ensure that your photo appears
at its best on your candle.
All
that appears on the candle will be the head and shoulders.
Therefore it is the size of these within the image/photo
that matters, not the size of the image/photo as a whole.
The larger the image the better the quality
will be, as we can reduce images that are too large. However
images that are too small will give poor quality when enlarged
to the required size.
Please note that this refers to the original
image/photo. Using computer software to increase the size
of an image/photo will still result in poor quality.
The head and shoulders within a hard copy
photo sent by post/mail should be approximately 5cm x 5cm
in size (2" x 2").
If you are scanning an original photo please
ensure that it is scanned at resolution of at least 300
dpi. The size of the original photo should still be as described
above.
If using a digital camera you must use
the largest image size that your camera will allow and if
possible zoom in on the head and shoulders of the subject.
If I send a photo
by mail do I get it back?
If you send your picture by mail/post we will endeavour to send
it back to you with your candle. However, I accept no responsibility for any poor handling
by Australia Post which may cause any damage to or the loss of your photo while in transit. Please note that there
is a $5 scanning fee for photos that need to
be scanned.
Do I need to pay extra to have something printed on the back of my personalised candle?
No, the cost of $60 for your personalised candle includes having baby's photo on the front with baby's name and date/venue of occasion, and a poem or prayer with godparent's names printed on the back of the candle. There are no additional fees for the cost of your personalised candle.
How do I put my
own poem on my personalised candle?
On all personalised candles you can request your own prayer or poem to appear on the back of your chosen candle. When you fill out our online form, there is a
section which allows for your own poem or wording. Please leave
blank if you want to choose from our standard
poems. Please type in your own poem/prayer in the space provided
taking note of the max amount of characters you can have in
your poem/prayer.
I would like to order taper candles with my personalised candle. How will my taper candles look?
Your personalised taper candles will match the colours and design you've chosen for your large personalised candle.
